Two adult English learners started with ABC letter recognition. More than a year later, they're reading, writing, discussing idioms, and building confidence through LCLC's volunteer tutoring program.

Livingston County Literacy Coalition has received a $1,420.83 ProLiteracy National Book Fund award to expand ESL resources and provide instructional materials for volunteer tutors.

A $10,000 Dollar General Literacy Foundation grant is helping LCLC strengthen adult literacy in Livingston County by investing in volunteer tutor training, resources, and ongoing support.
